Hello,
I play this game from Canada. I am unable to connect to the game due to lack of "START" button loading up, or required screens not loading up such as OTP screen. I use exitlag through various servers as well as without exitlags but nothing seems to be working. I was curious if the game management is aware of this ongoing issue since the players out of Turkiye cannot login. Please be advised.

Hi, I'm from Peru and I'm having the same problem with the launcher not working, even after reinstalling the game.
I hope the game gets fixed in a few days, since my friend in the US isn't having this problem :)

i live in Canada, no start, earlier a few hours ago launcher had start but when a typed my id and pw servers were not showing up.... All my premium and pus go to waste, waiting on a solution....
Still cannot login. This is extremely frustrating.

Hello Guys, I'm experiencing the same issue too, can't log in on my pc for 3 days, and not sure if this would help. Still, I've noticed that if my router is using the Cloudflare IP, I can't open the launcher, but on my wife's computer, where her character is, and she has another internet provider with the Google IP on the router, she is able to log in. So this probably has to do something with Cloudflare; maybe the suggestion will also help the technical team. A suggestion for the players is to try to change their router IP to the Google one and see if that works.
try and change the dns servers on your network adapter.
Go to Control Panel
Network & Internet
Network and Sharing Center
Click your active connection
Properties
Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Select Use the following DNS server addresses:
Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4
try and start the laucnher few times and should work.

I've had to same issue and managed to log in here and there but even when i get in the games been so laggy I can't do anything to the point i inevitably DC.. im a returning player and this is my first month don't think I'll be spending another dime on this thing lol the nostalgia hit has been quenched... Im from Australia also.
It's really crazy to see the threads and posts about not being able to log in from outside of turkey and there is not a single official comment about estimated date to fix or anything above forum mods
Conducting checks? the servers are unplayable for several days for those of us that have premium that sounds like an excuse to continue stealing our money. Why haven't the servers at least been restarted. this is a total failure on your I T department what are the qualifications for the job not have any idea what you are doing? here it is Wednesday and the servers haven't gone down for weekly maintenance. Why is this taking so long a lot of people like me that have been playing for 20+ years and everyone else deserve some kind of an reason or something. If this was a day or even 2 that would not be bad but start getting upwards of a week and you have lost 25% of your premium ya start felling like this is total BS.Quote:

On Monday 23.2.26 I bought a new switch premium + items from PUS
and from the second day the game is unplayable, all my friends from European countries have this problem. I hope that there will be sufficient compensation for the loss of premium time. Especially when will the problem be fixed?
between constantly closing my launcher and restarting it so i can get to the log in screen, and then waiting to see if i can even get past the character selection screen, i have spent a total of maybe 5 minutes in game vs over 1 hour i have tried to get into the game. This is unexcuseable. Ever since getting the DC premium 5 days ago i haven't been able to stay logged in for more than 10 minutes at a time without spending HOURS trying to even get into the game.
Outraged, a few weeks ago, as usual, I activated the packs for costumes, wings, tattoos, and more, but I couldn't play because of work. I took my time, and for the last four days I've been trying to log into the game, and it's been terrible. There isn't a single day that the launcher loads; I log in, and after 10 seconds it kicks me off the server. This only happens to those of us who are playing outside the region, and even with ExistLag and changing VPNs, I can't log in. I think it's my fault for living in Europe. What a disgusting game!
Hi Baldore, I feel your pain. It's not just the premium that you lose. It's the 30-day Oreads, The 3x 30-day Magic Bags, The armor, wings.....All the incidental stuff. Just got in after 3 tries, and am dc'd again. I have been a premium player for many years, and am really getting annoyed at the money i seem to be wasting on a game that, if i manage to get in, i can't do anything for fear that i will dc and lose xp. NOT GOOD ENOUGH IT TEAM. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

It's unbelievable that this problem has been going on for five days and you're doing nothing about it. You should at least tell us what's happening and when the problem will be resolved. For us, it's just a waste of money.
you can tell a low IQ 3rd world country bought this game lo,l i thought it was bad when Americans owned this game but now this is the worst i ever seen, they cant ever fix simple problems that low lvl techs could do simply wthin a day, but these new owners must only work 2 days out of the week since it takes till maint week to get anything semi fixed

For more days the start button hasn’t been working and we haven’t been able to enter the game. We had no access to the game throughout the entire weekend. Could you please help us? My Premium and PUS items are being wasted.
I also tried connecting using WtFast, but it didn’t work either.

The sad part is that they dont even make any official announcement , which basically means that we are not worthy for their time ..
