Issue still continues here in NL.
Error 10060 comes up then Launcher never connects again
its been more than a week for the users who want to play from abroad from Turkey and there is no official communication from the officials.
I have too much money invested in this game to have no support for american players. My launcher does not work and patches are not updating. What happened to this game it use to have great support for all players???
is it working yet i quit play till it gets fixed so i need some updates from everyone
i still have same problem, even when online sometimes it laggs me out and dc and im paying for premium and FULL PUS items for character.
True, the problem with logging in still persists. Even if you manage to log in, and for example, if you get a DC and have to relogin, the launcher still doesn't load!!!:mad:Quote:

I live in the Netherlands and the start button doesn't appear. I enter the game, the character gets stuck, and then the start button still doesn't appear. I get a login failed error and it annoys me that you take no action. I bought premium, cash, everything. Who will compensate my loss?
