The problem is that they cant fix this , i saw lots of ppl sold their stuff and left
From this morning i cant even pass the otp pw.
Premium has gone, still no fix in sight. Really starting to "P" me off. Comeon guys....we need some help here. Won't be buying premium until i can stay connected
4 month and they didn't fix my issue pfff : I'm sure they can fix it in few mins .. but they don't care...
It's sad that we came to this. My stomach can't handle this anymore. Almost a month, still no solution.

I'm from Peru, and the game has been running terribly for a while now. I've lost 30 days of Switch Premium, and they don't seem able to buy a new server or change providers. It's awful; they don't fix anything, but they're experts at getting rich at our expense.
They must be incredibly incompetent not to be able to fix this. People outside of Turkey haven't been able to play for quite some time now due to problems with the game.
For those wondering, this seems to be an issue on the server capacity. To explain in simple terms and numbers;
1. Game gets an influx of new or returning players in winter times,
2. Lets say server capacity is 5,000. This gets filled, and in fact, overloaded,
3. People playing from Turkey will have "wait times" to login to the most crowded servers (like Zero) even with a premium because the server simply have no place to accomodate more players,
4. Players from Turkey that are already in the game will suffer lag/MS/disconnect issues due to server being loaded to the brim,
5. Meanwhile, foreign players outside of Turkey i.e. we, are subjected to bandwith constraints (which creaters either insane lag isseues that leads to disconnects or outright denial of access to the game to accomodate Turkish players), or international uplink capacity is just way too low.
Regardless, solution to this is that they spare some capital to invest on their servers. Normally, companies shy away from such investments because you don't want to invest into server capacity for a "temporary" influx of players.
BUT, this year shows that the increase in numbers of players is not as temporary as thought to be. Therefore, investment should be made.
Knowing Game Cafe Services though, i don't expect such investments. Thus, problems for the foreign people will continue.
Starting around April/May, game will become playable for us again. I will be selling all of my items and leaving the game permanently. This is my suggestion to everyone as well.

i can login to game but 10 15 seconds late DC last few days. what is that . how to fix this . anybody now someting about that ?
Clearly, there is no solution since February 22,2026. We gotta wait until whatever gets fixed at their convenience.
24 days of constants dc, lags, sometimes I can log via exit lag and play for a while but after spending about half hour trying to log in. This is the worst month since many years.
totally unplayable for players outside of Turkey, from Peru I have been having connection problems and constant DC for months but this last one since February has been the most disastrous

Everyone except Turkey has the same problem: France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Finland, etc. We're losing premiums, pus items, events etc for months. Don't try to tell us it's our fault, it's our internet's fault. The lack of response from game providers is embarrassing, and the level of frustration and dissatisfaction is so high that players will probably leave. NTT, shame on you!Quote:

For a few days, we were able to log in and play again.
Unfortunately, it didn't last long at all.
Now I use again "Urban VPN" (free): no problem to connect, and no dc issue.
A few months ago, I didn’t know anything about VPN. It's very easy and quick to install and to use.
Isn't that VPN a chrome extension? How do you get it to work for the entire PC?Quote:
