Launcher problem

Please help us! We have a problem with launcher. Last monday i had otp problems. Not my fault. All servers had problems, but i tried 10 times and i blocked otp because nobody told me this. I fixed otp yesterday, lost 5 days! Now launcher don t work, 6th day i can t play! Launcher it blocked! Why?

Please completely uninstall the game from your computer and restart your PC. Then download and install it again using the alternative link I will send you. This should resolve the issue.
