The message means that, you dont have premium. because of the big queue composed by the unecessary tickets in CS center, non-premium users are not able to get for now using ticket system.Quote:

if you give away your information you have no right to complain when you get hacked

ofcourse there are people who you can trust
ive even met someone through KO that i trust with my life
but you just always have to be careful
some people give their information away way to easy
also if someone else writes a ticket for you they don't need your password
cause the CS doesn't need it
im just a volunteer moderator and people even give me all their info through pm
thats how dumb some people can be

Well, its really greedy that you must have premium to send tickets.. especially in my case..
I can't log my account on the website so I can't send a ticket about the problem that I can't log my account, I just created this new acc to send a ticket and then I need to buy premium to send one.. HELL NO.
