Users getting Blocked

Dear Knight OnLine-Team,
I would really like to know why I've got blocked for no reason.
I am playing this game since 2004 now. Just got a new Account and was exping it.
You dont even need to ask. No, I do not use 3rd Party Tools. No, I don't use any Bugs.
No, I don't do Nation-Point Transfer. No, I don't do any Spam/Flood. I am a legit player.
I don't even add "3rd Party Tool - Users" to my parties. I was exping in "Ares > Eslant 1 > Brahman 1" and then i died. As soon as I died, I pressed "Confirm" to respawn. 3 seconds after that, I lost connection and when I'v tried to relog, it said "Your account is currently blocked etc.". This is not the first time this happened.
The best part of it is, the Ticket part is closed, so we can't even submit a ticket. Dont't you people start understanding that you have someone in your GM-list who really don't knows what he's doing. Your reasonless bannings already caused the King's of the Nations Writing "Royal-Orders" when your GM's are getting OnLine because they ban for no reason. I just want a answer for my Question. I mean you guys should really be aware of that by now.

Welcome to the Party man, Sorry to here about your account, but mine is same as yours "blocked". I was lvling at brahmans as well with my fellow clannys using Genie and my pet auto loot scroll when i DC. Tried to relog and BANG.... Your Account is Blocked. Im hoping that NTT will try to find and repair the in game auto bann/block thats obviously faulty or something.
Then maybe give our accounts back since we are not at fault, but till then , well lets see what happens......
