Paypal, Manes, OTP Problems altogether

Hello everyone,

I purchased NPoints with Paypal yesterday, and I haven't gotten them yet. I tried to play on Manes, but I can't because I don't have OTP enabled. I tried to activate AnyOTP, and because it failed on my phone somehow, I have to reset the app, and that costs NPoints. I have also read that someone's Paypal payment got rejected because they haven't had any game activity. How am I supposed to get game activity in this case? I don't want to create a character on a server I don't want to commit in. I also can't connect to support because that also costs NPoints... Now what am I supposed to do in this situation?

Looking forward to your responses,
Best Regards
