Login & Connection Issues Solution for Overseas Players

Hey everyone,

If you're connecting from abroad and stuck on the launcher with no "Start" button, here is a quick breakdown of why it happens and how to fix it:

Why is this happening?
The issue is mostly caused by strict IP filtering / DDoS protection on NTTGame's login servers, combined with poor international ISP routing. When your local provider can't properly resolve the login server's IP, the launcher times out and the Start button remains grayed out.

Does ExitLag work?
Yes, ExitLag resolves this issue for the vast majority of players. It bypasses your ISP's broken routing paths and routes your game traffic through clean, direct nodes.

How to set it up: In ExitLag, select Knight Online and route your connection through Istanbul (Turkey) or Frankfurt (Germany) nodes.

Is it safe?: Yes, routing tools like ExitLag are safe to use. Just stay away from free public VPNs, as shared IPs can carry ban risks if someone else abuses them.

(Note: If you want a free fix to test first, download Cloudflare WARP (1.1.1.1)—it fixes the routing for many players without needing a paid service).

Hope this helps!

German location doesn't help I think. Cuz I am from Germany and I have same problem.

so instead of proper/smart game Management that should have the simple knowledge of how to run/fix game problems quicklyand properly i need to spend even more money to just play a game....

I´ve had the same problem last 2 weeks. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I dont want to be using vpn or fix to be able to play, doesnt seem right.

I managed to get it work with Cloudflare One Client

So Brother If you use Cloudflare One and Do you have ping?

In spain it happens too. I usually restart the internet connection settings and it comes back. But its annoying :D
