Please provide more explanation on ticket related ICS SMS Issues
For almost 3 days I'm dealing with SMS issue. I created a ticket and the team asked for a proof showing if the number i shared is able to get SMS. I record a video showing that my girlfriend sending messaging me. Than they refuse it, even my number is seen on whatsapp chat history in the video. I accepted the procedure cuz it's a sensetive topic. And recorded another videos texting to myself and showing that my number has not restriction in text messaging. From the morning i'm refreshing ticket page, asking mods to reach out the support team and counting watch numbers on my video in youtube to follow whether anyone in support team has watched it or not. No response. I lost time premium time, I lost event reward but most dramatic one I lost having good time with my friends online. :(
Plese please help me! With understanding how sensitive process you run, I'm kindly asking to solve it within the working hour today (until 18:00 Turkey Timezone)..
