I wanted to get a clarification but the official topic is locked.

So, I just was looking for a clarification to see if I needed to send a ticket or be patient.

I Got a switching prem from the free spin and was waiting to use it. Now, the official topic states that it will be activated in the accounts.

First question: Is this going to be done automatically or do I have to do something?

And much more worrisome problem is, I no longer have the item in my inn. I have not deleted it for sure, and I looked through my characters and I do not see it anywhere. (I remember placing it in my inn to use over the next few weeks.) Is that normal and intentional or do I have to send a ticket concerning that?
