SMS Verification failed HELP!!!

dear knights,

today i wanted to make a other account so i could also play as an orc.
now i wanted to enable sms verification but it seems that my country is not in the list of verification.
its Netherlands (+31).
Can anyone help me or explain me why Netherlands is not in the list to sms verifi my account.

You should send ticket to customer support service and indicate this on your ticket they will probably verify your account on your phone.

I have already send a ticket to the customer support service.
And what they said to me is that i should veryfi my account with a phone number of another country.
How am i supposed to sms verify with a phone from another country, i mean i live in the Netherlands. I cannot register my phonenumber into another country lol.
This is just typical Knight Online.
The (+31)Netherlands was in the registered country list before. They just erased it from the list wich in realy unfair into my eyes.

PLEASE help me out, because im not able to play the game now.
