Payment with paypal gone wrong. Help me out.

Hello Mr/Mrs i got a problem over here.

I have bought NP points with my paypal account , but seems like the transaction didn't worked out , they have limited my accounts access in order to check the payment but i am waiting like 4 days and nothing. They took me off 10 euros that i bought here = 840 NP points and i can show you prove of it. They also told me that they send you an email to check if everything is alright , i need help from you to solve this out , answer them , i didn't recieve my NP points and paypal took off 10 euros for them , and plus they investigate my account and this transaction i need your reply because i can't sumbit a ticket because i don't have NP points and i can't verify my sms or anything.

First of all, use Paypal support to claim your transaction. If your account not verified you can send ticket from other account. Please write here your character name and server.

I have contacted paypal support but they wait your response, told me that this transaction is on hold. But how to verify when i don't have NP points for sms verification need 5 NP points. My character name : Tekton , Server: Olimpia , new one.
