Buying Merchant bug

Hello,
Long time few uniques cannot put in buying merchant, only turkish players can.
Its very dissapointing that long time no one helps the english comunity players.
Why turkey player can input few uniques that english player cant?
When you will fix it?

This bug is already reported for the English version. We dont know estimated time for fix.
