Many players including myself, who purchased KC via PayPal, have now been waiting well over 72hrs for our KC (most 5 days). Is there some type of issue with PayPal, or NTT regarding not receiving our KC? All the transactions were completed when I check my summery. Is there any confirmation that there is action being taken to solve this? And when can we expect our KC.

Everyone got charged without receiving their NPoint apparently.
Usually when you buy NPoint, NTTGame won't charge you till you receive the NPoint you paid for.
But this time we all got charged and never received the NPoint we paid for.

I bought 1x2240 Npoint 2015.01.09. and i obtained this.
I bought 1x1120 Npoint 2015.01.15.
and 1x560 Npoint 2015.01.16
and 1x560 Npoint 2015.01.19
but these Npoints didn't arrive to my account and the
money was taken from my Paypal
money was returned thanks but i was going for otp and phone number i waited till time on it run out but no text with code and it took my 5np pls return it and so i can try agin

I have same issue. Bought NPoints on Saturday and have not received any. I look at my PP account and it states that the transaction was completed Jan. 19th with a withdraw of money.
