Otp bugg?

Hello good at all. I have two days trying to activate my OTP and can not. I know several friends who have also failed to do so during these last two days. They stole all my items because of it and now what?

Who do I claim?
when it fixed this problem?

If you got hacked you should submit a ticket and explain them the issue.

About OTP, "bug".. what do you mean?
I'm assuming you never activated your OTP, therefore.. you ended up hacked.

Could you elaborate about the issue you're having with OTP by any chance?

one day before I got stolen my items, I was trying to activate the otp but failed and gave me errors. Here is what I get

We introduce ID and password and it just goes. From there sending the message you put the code you send me something goes wrong you try to enter 10 times and otp is blocking. When I have not tried to enter as many times as indicated by alli

You can click on "Mobile Authentication" and recieve a 6 digit code to your cellphone.
Then just click submit and go to "Activate settings", activate your OTP.

P.S, Before you do that.
Make sure that you have downloaded OTP program and you are getting the correct code every 60seconds.

Right now, are you using OTP on your cellphone or computer?

I could almost guarantee that when you registered you picked "phone" device and now you're trying to run your OTP on your computer.
Try using the phone version and see if it work then.
