Password Recovery failed need help

Hi

im trying to gain access to my account which i have (been a while since i was last on)
i input my id and email and i get this


so i made this account to try contact support...wanting me to buy npoints, im not putting money onto an account i aint gunna use
i tryed doing surveys but i get no point for it i tryed to contact fyber about it and they want proof through screen shots i got the screen shots but the page refuses to let me upload...

so how do i get my password changed to my account?

these kinda of error messages generally appear while the web site is under construction or at the time of updates.

Your account has been closed before and deleted during server merge. Normally you are not supposed to perform this process. Basically, there is no problem with your case.

im not sure what your trying to say by changing my browser (i use firefox and i have removed IE from my computer as i cant stand it)
im still not seeing how changing the host for the image is gunna help with anything

like i said i can now login to my account through the gmail login but in order for me to play the game i still need a password reset but every time i go to recover the password i get the the error iv put in a support ticket but no reply from it yet
