    If they can unseal to items without ''seal key'' to cause suspicion.

    Out of curiosity, have you sent your ticket to the correct department?
    Maybe you sent it to the wrong department and this is why you haven't got any reply on your ticket yet?

    bro,

    Think of the unseal number -- like a password that was in the same place when the thieves drop by and they got hold of it along with your log in password.

    they Re-send my ticket at begginning to be honest. after that got no answer.
    I'm pretty sure I'm at right place, because I filled that form for hacked accounts.
