I agree with you 100% , but the point is that no matter how good we protect our self there is no use if hacker have exact pass or seal that was stolen direct from NTT. Maybe it is different with OTP...

Yes hacker can unseal items what point to NTT as a source of leak . I was also hacked less then 2 month ago and my items were all sealed but hacker new my pass and seal...My mistake was that i didn't...

Dunno if you already tried this but i had similar problem and in my case it was my mail acc that was sending all NTT mails to spam folder instead of inbox. So you can check your spam messages to see...
