Tower Defense Bug

Good Day Everyone, i am reporting some kind of bug when entering Tower Defense event , once i start attacking monsters i disconnect from the game, this happened to me 3 times in a row. i have asked few friends about this and they said it doesnt happen to them , they asked me if i use Macro , pedal which is cheating devices or apps , i said hell no . any idea why i keep getting disconnect? ive been using only R and skill damage .
